We do not collect patient health information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, or Google Analytics. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC), a merchant of record based in the United States. FastSpring's privacy practices are governed by its own privacy policy at fastspring.com/privacy. We do not store or process your credit card information.

We use the information you provide to:

• Deliver the services you have purchased
• Communicate with you about your subscription
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Data Retention

We retain client business information for the duration of your subscription plus seven (7) years thereafter, in accordance with Philippine business record-keeping requirements. You may request earlier deletion of non-essential records by contacting us.

cleora.ae does not use cookies for tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not require cookies.

As a Philippines-based business serving clients in the United Arab Emirates, data may be transferred between jurisdictions in the normal course of service delivery. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards.
