A 20-minute introduction call. We listen for the clinic, the patients, the specialty, and what your current site is or isn't doing. From that conversation we recommend one of the five templates as the structural starting point.
Output: brief, recommended template, and tier, delivered before setup fee payment, so you know exactly what you're committing to.
Design
Custom adaptation of the selected template to your clinic's brand. Colour system, photography direction, typography tuning, copy pass for tone and healthcare advertising suitability. You see the design before any production code is written.
Output: full design preview link, ready for sign-off.
Build
Production build by the same hands that designed it. Content is populated, the healthcare advertising review is run, photography is processed for AVIF + WebP at every breakpoint, and the site is staged on a private preview URL for review.
Output: private staging URL, full content populated.
Quality
Twelve-layer quality audit. Lighthouse performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO. Responsive image audit. Compliance render verification. Visual regression check across viewports. Nothing ships without this.
Output: passing QA report, Lighthouse 95+ desktop, 90+ mobile.
Ship
Domain configuration, Cloudflare deployment, SSL, and handover. Your site is live on your own domain by end of day eight. The clock starts once payment is confirmed, not when you sign a deck.
Output: live site, handover documentation, monthly cadence begins.
